Terms of Service - Business Owner Verification

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (referred to as "you" or "Submitter") and Bumprkar ("we," "us," or "our"), and govern your use of our verification process to confirm your status as the owner of the business now applying to partner with Bumprkar ("Business Owner Verification"). By submitting this and all forms related to registering your business as a Bumprkar Partner, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

   By accessing or using our Business Owner Verification service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use our service.

2. Business Owner Verification

   Our Business Owner Verification service is designed to confirm that you are the rightful owner of the business you claim to represent. You may use this service to establish your ownership status, as required by our platform or third-party services.

3. Accuracy of Information

   You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the verification process. Falsifying information or impersonating someone else is strictly prohibited.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

   We take your privacy seriously. Information you provide during the Business Owner Verification process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

   We do not guarantee that Business Owner Verification will be successful or that it will result in a partnership with us. Verification does not imply endorsement, accreditation, or certification of your business by us.

    We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use or inability to use the Business Owner Verification service.

12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
