Subject: Authorization for Withdrawal and Deposit of Funds:

By signing and submitting this form I hereby authorize Bumprkar, the operator of the Bumprkar app, to withdraw and deposit funds from my designated bank account under the terms of your merchant agreement.

I understand and agree that this authorization will allow Bumprkar to initiate withdrawals from my bank account for the payment of services rendered to customers through the Bumprkar app. Additionally, Bumprkar will have the authority to deposit funds received from customers into your bank account.

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for ensuring the availability of funds in my account to fulfill my obligations as a vendor on the Bumprkar app.

I confirm that I have provided my banking information to Bumprkar for the purpose of facilitating financial transactions related to the services I offer through the Bumprkar app.

I understand that Bumprkar will adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection and will implement appropriate safeguards to protect my banking information against unauthorized access or misuse.

By signing this authorization, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined herein and consent to the withdrawal and deposit of funds from my designated bank account by Bumprkar as described above.
